Bug fixes
- Android no longer crashes, loops on reconnect or stutters in the spots the audit found.

- New tabs open in the selected project, and added projects stay projects after a restore.

- Windows installs verify and extract reliably.
- Plus many smaller fixes across the desktop app, the terminal, the phone apps and model providers.
